Fred McClellan, CCIM
Fred McClellan is the principal broker of Virginessee Real Estate Consultants, specializing in both Northeast Tennessee properties and Southwest Virginia real estate. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he graduated from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise and spent 30 years in the food and beverage industry before becoming a REALTOR in 2008. Fred has held leadership roles in the Bristol TN/VA Association of REALTORS, served on state-level committees in both Tennessee and Virginia, and remains active in public policy work. Additionally, he co-founded the Birthplace of Country Music Alliance and led the successful effort to have Bristol federally recognized as the official 'Birthplace of Country Music.'
Hagan Horn
Hagan Horn brings over a decade of leadership and industry insight to commercial real estate, having served for 10 years as the Executive Director of a REALTOR Association. During this time, he worked closely with top-producing agents, developers, and industry leaders, gaining deep expertise in real estate operations, market trends, and strategic planning.
